They cam yesterday to cut a branch off my neighbor's tree. Left a huge pile of branches on my property!!! Not to mention the chunks of tree that they let fall into my yard and not bother to clean up. They did a hack job on the neighbor's tree too. Big huge raggedy stump sticking out where the branch used to be. Real idiots. Don't use them.
Didn't knock on my door to let me know what they were doing in my back yard. Just went ahead and opened the gate to my back yard and helped themselves. I have a 5 year old daughter that likes to play in our back yard. She would've been terrified seeing four men walk into her back yard. Then, they preceded to walk in my landscaping and smash one of my flowers. Very poor judgement on ComEd for hiring such a poor quality company.
Absolute hacks. Tree experts? Laughable! You destroy trees and trespass when you were explicitly told you were not to touch specific trees. Then have the audacity to leave the mess behind! Do we have no rights??? I listened to BS for 15 minutes then I turn my back and you destroy private property.
animals...no knowledge of trees, a disgrace for the village of wilmette to hire this company
They rang the doorbell and didn't wait for me to come to the door before going in my back yard. They let my dogs out by leaving the gate open. They damaged my other gate by forcing it to open the wrong way and shoved it back in place so it would no longer open. And they didn't even trim all of the trees that were close to power lines like they were supposed to.
