The doctor my daughter was seeing was unsympathetic and not very understanding of her medical issues. Terrible.
- Had an exam and the doctor gave me a referral for imaging. She told me not to use the referral until she called me in a week with results as the imaging may not be necessary. - Waited 10 days before calling them to follow up. Receptionist said they'd speak with the doctor and call back. This medical practice has excellent front staff who are happy to help and listen to your concerns. We walked here just after dealing with rude front staff in another medical centre. As soon as we stepped here we felt the positive attitude and welcoming nature of customer service staff today. They arranged walk in appointment for my 4 months little one and answered all questions with smile. Kerry, she is a real gem and breathe of fresh air. Good job and keep it up.
