I am very disappointed with the way my recent prescription request has been handled. I requested a medication on 24th August, alongside my other regular prescriptions. While all the others were sent to the pharmacy, the most important one was not. Patients should not have to chase up essential medication, especially when it relates to their health. If you have an appointment with Dr. Pedro, I strongly recommend going to the walk-in centre instead. My experience was extremely disappointing. He spoke over me constantly, didn’t take the time to listen, and came across as arrogant. When I tried to explain my concerns, he cut me off and said things like, “I’m the doctor here, I know what I’m doing. I’ve been a doctor for years.” That kind of attitude is not only unhelpful, it makes patients feel stupid, dismissed, and disrespected especially when going through depression n ... read more

After Dr Hart left this place has gone really down hill, there are a couple of doctors that are brilliant but you can never get in with them, and when you ring, if you can finally get through theres never any appointments or you get called back from Dr Keogh who has the people skills of a brick, I was at this practice for around 12 years and I’ve finally moved to a different surgery with appointments and doctors who listen and don’t fob you off.
