If you have an appointment with Dr. Pedro, I strongly recommend going to the walk-in centre instead. My experience was extremely disappointing. He spoke over me constantly, didn’t take the time to listen, and came across as arrogant. When I tried to explain my concerns, he cut me off and said things like, “I’m the doctor here, I know what I’m doing. After Dr Hart left this place has gone really down hill, there are a couple of doctors that are brilliant but you can never get in with them, and when you ring, if you can finally get through theres never any appointments or you get called back from Dr Keogh who has the people skills of a brick, I was at this practice for around 12 years and I’ve finally moved to a different surgery with appointments and doctors who listen and don’t fob you off.

When your GP comes in your house sees the cat flea treatment packet and shouts that you never gave your son his vitamin d3 treatment. Has to be the biggest classic error of the year. Never enjoyed using this service. They did have one very brilliant Dr but she left, others everything is thrush, or what a shame you are a carer and cannot get treatment.
