Booking my cx5 for its 80k service was all a great experience right up until I returned to pick it up, when I dropped it in I made sure I was a bit early & explained to the service consultant who checked me in please don't wash the car I just had a 2 stage paint correction polish & ceramic coating applied a few days earlier. Incredibly slow service with no update as to where anything at. They have also dropped the key and broken the fob. Now requiring replacement and failed to mention that one of their team have done so. Zero accountability. Won’t be back.
