I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Aspley Family Medical Practice. The reception staff are extremely unprofessional and rude, with no respect for patients’ time or concerns. Waiting times are far too long, even with an appointment, and there seems to be no proper system in place. On top of that, Medicare benefit payments are not handled smoothly, creating unnecessary stress and delays. The lack of courtesy and efficiency from the staff makes the whole experience frustrating. Great service and communication
Too poor service. Reception have no idea wot to do . She changed her mind and took the money. She was very rude, when I was requesting to refund my money back.
Dr Bhandarker offers exceptional medical care. She takes the time required to arrive at a thorough diagnosis. She refers to specialists if she is concerned something may be outside her scope. She is very supportive, caring and non judgemental .
