I don’t recommend this clinic if I can give 0 star I would. I waited for over an hour just to be seen for barely 5 minutes. It’s really disappointing that patients’ time isn’t respected.
Book a appointment for 1:30pm and came in early hoping to fit us in earlier and still waited til 2:20pm this is outrageous
What an absolute joke. Doctor (Pande) was 45 minutes late arriving to the practice. Then filling out an advanced health directive did not elaborate on any of the procedures. Had me read and fill the form out and then just signed at the end. Then charged me $100 for his signature (which was apparently discounted from $225). He very much rushed through the consultation given the backlog he created for himself by running late. We had one of the worst experiences today. We had an appointment booked for 1:00 PM and arrived on time, yet we still had to wait 45–50 minutes. What made it worse is that people who came after us were being called in before us. In fact, we even saw another client who had walked in late — the receptionist told him he had missed his appointment and would need to wait 30 minutes.
