Staff throw cigarette butts on the ground as they hang around on side streets on break. They park cars all over side streets with little care taken to park legally. It seems they are incapable of using the carpark under the building for reasons unknown. Zero Fks given in regard to people living nearby. Are they there to improve community mental health or make it worse? I can't tell.
