The service center lets this place down. They may know how to sell cars, but I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever dealing with the service center and they still have never returned my messages (as I only ever get the answer phone when I call them). I am so unhappy with the service, I am looking elsewhere to have my Alfa serviced, which is a shame as I am a local. :( So the one star is for the service center. The sales team probably deserve about a 4 star rating. Room for improvement.

Great place, well located and easy to access. They know how to treat costumers and make them happy. Picking up my car was an amazing experience. Even though selling cars might be an everyday thing for them, they know it is an important event in one's life.They really make it special and unforgettable. I also took my other car for service and I have no complaints.
