There was a no wait time. The doctor diagnosed my illness promptly and explained the treatment in detail. Both the nurse and doctor who took care of me were very professional. I would definitely go back! Thank you for your great service!
They will rack up your bill with unnecessary tests and extra visits. I needed to see two separate doctors for one referral. extra tests were taken that will have to be duplicated by the specialist I was referred to. Medicare would not accept one of the bills at all; so I am supposed to pay it?
This hospital gave us another patients medical records and then did not seem concerned when it was brought to their attention.
Very poor communication standards. This place is to clinics what a scuzzy fast food joint is to restaurants. I would not recommend them to anybody. Expect low standards of care and uneducated staff.
He is negative five stars. A true liability that somehow slips through the crack. Have had a 23 plus year history with this Dr. Quack,errrrr i mean Black. In that time i am only going to give three examples of his best handiwork, potentially life threatening misdiagnoses.when i was a Kid he diagnosed me as having gas pain when my appendix needed to be removed via emergency surgery. Aspirus Keweenaw Rehab is no help at all. The didn't accomplish any therapy on me. They were never around to assist me, spent more time on the phone?computer? than assisting me. I will get any future PT somewhere else.
I recently had to visit the ED due to a accident at home and the new physicians Memorial Health Center had there were really nice, patient, and thorough. My young children were with me in my ED room - my son was really inquisitive. The physician took extra time to show and explain my X-rays to them, as well as to myself. The doctor and nurses had an exceptional bedside manner that extended well beyond just the patient.
This Hospital has come a long way in the past few years. It has made a real comeback. There is no longer a need to drive all the way to Marquette or Houghton
This one does not appear to be very involved with the patients. Seems to be too busy doing something else.
