Excellent patient services. Knowledgeable doctors and staff.
My husband cut off his thumb on Friday evening, and they didn't give enough pain meds to get to Monday. We were told finally 6 hrs from original call if we wanted more meds we needed to pay for another visit. He didn't cut himself, he cut off his finger. Both of us called and we were treated like drug addicts by the receptionist. No one returned the call we had to call 3 times. I've had horrible experiences here where the doctors/nurses wouldn't listen, didn't care or help at all. Scared to ever go back.
