Chris the receptionist has an attitude right off the gate when I walked up to the desk to check in. Like I don’t want to be here either.
This is a horrible place to get a DOT physical done. I brought them all the records I need to bring in and they still bring up excuses why they’re not gonna give me my DOT medical clearance when I have good health.
The whole team provides outstanding service.
Chris M was rude and had an attitude for no reason what’s so ever. She made me stand there and wait while she “looked” at something, purposefully making me wait there and be later for my appointment. I asked if I should goto the other receptionist and she snapped at me and said no then finally started helping me. She was snappy with attitude while she talked to me. It was disgusting. There’s no reason for that type of attitude and childish games, right away in the morning too.
tried to schedule follow up appointment and the receptionist(s) were very rude and had an attitude. i tried calling them for weeks and i left voicemails and emails and i received nothing. i had to go in the building and schedule it in person! i received a voicemail saying my appointment was moved 30 minutes early and i got to my appointment and they said it was not supposed to be moved! i waited over an hour! it’s terrible and ridiculous😡
