Billing department is horrible! They have everything mixed up! I'm paying double bills! Insurance fraud! And when you call the financial dept there's never a manager or supervisor to speak to. Ridiculous at its best! Just don't go there! I have over 60 hours in on the phone with Aspirus and they still have everything mixed up! They threatened to send my bill to collections after I already paid the bill 18 months prior! Just horrible! These days and times, who can afford to pay a bill twice?
Dr. Roberts is one of the best doctors I have seen in the merrill ER/walk in, in a very long time. He not only made sure he listened to my concerns but told me that he would be there all week and to bring my child back if need be. His nurse Walter was amazing as well! Thank you both so so much for being compassionate and caring you have no idea how long it’s been since I have felt heard within the aspirus system.
I want to give a special shout out and thank you to Melissa my nurse in the ER. She didn't just do her job, she went over and beyond her duty. She helped me so. She is an excellent nurse. She is a very important essential worker during our tough times. Thank you Aspirus ER, And especially Melissa.
Merrill walk in is a joke I took my 6 year old there after him having fever for 6 days over 100.0 and all they did gave him covid test and told me there is nothing they can do about it didn't give him any IV Fluids nothing worse care ever then send completely different nurse to give me my paper work just to send me home.
