Sometimes their can be really long wait times just to be seen by a doctor. And on top of that they sometimes will only have 1 doctor on call.
What a horrible experience! You go there is a hard time in your life and here made it worse. The nurses there are seriously friendly and sweet, but it's the doctor. He asks what's going on and as your telling him his response is "ah ha ah ha" when you haven't even finished your sentence. (At that point you know he isn't listening) Doesn't even look at the problem NOTHING. Went here for strep throat. The visit itself was fine until I got the $900 bill. My insurance says I owe them a $25 copay but they insist I owe them for all the labs they ran not covered by insurance, including some $800 for a Covid test. It's a complete and total scam, $800 for a covid test they know no insurance will cover! I didn't ask for it, they just ran a bunch of tests and ended up determining I had strep and sent me on my way with an antibiotic. I was walking out of the hospital today and heard someone talking about me. When I turned around to look at them I was surprised when I saw that it was one of the hospital supervisors (Tanya Deisinger). I thought that was very unprofessional and inconsiderate.
