Here of late service has been sup par no responses from nurses, they say they will get back to you but just don't waiting on hold for an hour to get an appt no one answers the phone It took a week to get a response e mail. I finally drove over to get an appt. The level of care at this clinic is really going down hill. are support staff over worked or do they just not don't care any more?
Dr. Wirtz is a wonderful doctor. Along with her team very compassionate.
Billing and customer care is gross. They bill us for two appointments when we come for well child checks or adult preventative visits if you talk about medication, so we pay twice. $600-800 each 15 minute appointment. Are you ready for that? Think twice before seeing Dr. Johnston as an adult or infant. He entirely misdiagnosed us and gave us incorrect dosing and medication for a baby.
