"DR" CATMULL was very dismissive of my husband who is a chronic pain patient. I made him.come in cause he could barely walk or get up off a chair. This quack then acted like my husband was drug seeking and refused any actual treatments. I told my husband to sign out AMA and it was a good thing he did. We went to a totally different hospital and the actual Doctor decided he did in fact need imaging. After an MRI in the ED we found out that my husband had a 12cm herniation in his lower spine. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left - I felt cared for in a sympathetic and efficient manner. Reception/intake, nurse, radiologist tech, and doctor all were incredibly personable and didn’t force me to wait an unreasonable amount of time. Thanks so much!
I was seen here by Dr. Trac. He was wonderful and caring and knowledgeable. Without his help and the nurses on staff, especially Sharon, I’m afraid I could have passed away. This doctor and this hospital and this staff took the time to get me better, treated me as an individual, joked with me when I was trying to be silly to not cry in fear. They understood what I needed medically and emotionally and mentally. Thank you all so much!
Doctor was very rude, I could hardly walk and they act like there is nothing wrong. They wouldn't even help me to the door to leave, when I was done. They did nothing, no compassion there, I will never go there again.
Do not recommend. ER Doctor is very dismissive. Doesn't listen to patient and if you don't fit the normal systems they act like your wasting their time. Date of seeing the er 3/2/2025.
