Refused to see patient needing help transitioning back to work. I thought this is what they were suppose to specialize in….
Chris the receptionist has an attitude right off the gate when I walked up to the desk to check in. Like I don’t want to be here either.
This is a horrible place to get a DOT physical done. I brought them all the records I need to bring in and they still bring up excuses why they’re not gonna give me my DOT medical clearance when I have good health.
The whole team provides outstanding service.
