Rick and his team are great. We have a home with a whole house Generac they installed. That's been flawless for several years now. I also have an office with about 28 people. Anytime I've got an urgent issue, they come running quickly to help. There's no "We'll be there tomorrow or in a couple days". It's always just a few hours. Ross and Jordan came to install a ceiling fan but also installed multiple smoke detectors and a ring doorbell.
I have a generator that was i stalled by them couple years ago. I have called them, texted them and email them to get them to come here and service it. So far the only response I have gotten is an email that was sent to me by mistake. By the way the email was about overhauling a generator. I think they probably just wait until the generators break so they can come and charge more to fix it, instead of doing the scheduled maintenance. Word of advice just look for somebody else to get your generator serviced
Excellent company to work with- customer focused. We worked with Ross to develop our generator purchase. He was great: listening, answering all our questions. Ross and Gus came out and set everything up for installation. Gus came out and did installation- excellent work and walked us through how everything worked. Ross followed through and came out to check out the installation and answer any question - all good. Ross and Gus are excellent- I highly recommend Aspire.
Very professional and caring. They did an excellent job. We had a great experience. I highly recommend them.
