This has to be one of the best businesses I know of in our area. Their technicians are well trained, polite, explain everything every step of the way and will not walk away unless the customer is 100% satisfied. Great company highly recommended.
We had a 26kW Generac whole house backup generator installed. Aspire came out of the Houston area to our place about 100 miles away. They claimed they would be at our place around 9am. Rick and his team are great. We have a home with a whole house Generac they installed. That's been flawless for several years now. I also have an office with about 28 people. Anytime I've got an urgent issue, they come running quickly to help. There's no "We'll be there tomorrow or in a couple days". It's always just a few hours. This week we lost part of our 3 phase power at the office. We run an IT helpdesk supporting more than 2000 users in Houston so power is critical. Fortunately, we can send our staff home to work. Ross and Jordan came to install a ceiling fan but also installed multiple smoke detectors and a ring doorbell.
I have a generator that was i stalled by them couple years ago. I have called them, texted them and email them to get them to come here and service it. So far the only response I have gotten is an email that was sent to me by mistake. By the way the email was about overhauling a generator. I think they probably just wait until the generators break so they can come and charge more to fix it, instead of doing the scheduled maintenance. Word of advice just look for somebody else to get your generator serviced
