Not thrilled with their system for reminders and sending the Telehealth emails. They don’t communicate at all. My son has been charged three times for missed appointments and getting the email communications are hit or miss. He has to be proactive about reaching out to them about not receiving the Telehealth emails or the appointment is missed. I've had nothing but pleasant experiences here. Dr. Haas is very knowledgeable, caring and patient focused. Plus, Kara in the front is always a delight!
Courtney Haas is uncaring, dismissive and condescending. And if she can't "fix" you, she fires you as a client with no notice. Oh, and the office staff is rude.
The most unprofessional mental health experience through and through. The staff is rude. I truly enjoy getting fired by my mental health providers over $51. I'd explain who Hippocrates was to them, but there's not enough money in it for them to listen.
