My daughter lived at Aspire the last school year. Her experience living there was ok until she received her final move out bill. They have charged us for things that are actually not consistent with how she left her room. We have reached out to Aspire via e mail with no response for weeks now. Meantime they are sending e mail’s with pre collection warning. We have also caller over and over again and no one answers their phone and the voice box is full! Aspire is a great place to stay, especially during your time at U of A. The staff are so friendly, and the apartments are really nice. I’ve been a resident for about four years. I graduate in December, and it’s sad to say I’ll be leaving a place I’ve called home for so long.
Halls are nasty as all hell. “Luxury apartments” yet there’s stains everywhere. Outrageous costs for something of this quality. Move out fees will leave your wallets crying. Do NOT try to live here
I love Aspire! The team of Aspire do a fantastic job taking care of the residents and heading any problems that come up. The management works hard to keep everyone happy and do give aways and provide food from time to time. The maintenance team is the best part for me. They are super helpful and get things taken care immediately and they are more than just a great maintenance team…they have become good friends and are a great addition to Aspire!
