We are a school district and are organizing an event in a couple of weeks. Communication with this company has been extremely difficult. After a week trying to contact the scheduler to review the information, she never got back to us. We keep getting someone else who just says that he left a message and "she will back to you". That has not happened yet. How am I going to trust that this company is even going to make sure the 16 buses arrive the day of the event?
