Not your typical boutique fitness studio. This place turns select LES Mills classes into a lifestyle and community. Everyone here is welcoming and trainers are nice. Sidney was a sub for my class and she was hilarious, just totally down to earth kind of gal. The facility is great. It's big (at least 2 large rooms so 2 classes can happen at once), it's clean and has showers! Plenty of parking too!
I started going for the barre classes, but if I didn’t book early enough the classes got filled pretty quickly. This eventually let me to try some of the different strength classes and I’m so glad for it! I moved recently and now live an hour away. Every now and then I consider driving the hour to take a class here again. It’s such a wonderful environment to work out in - I love this place and miss it dearly!
Looks like they have child care but no room to park and no room to move. Tried a class and it was so over packed. Mentioned to staff and they said they knew.
Great workout classes and instructors.
