I drive up from Eugene to get lymphatic drainage massages since we don’t have anything like this there. Every time I’ve gone so far, they’ve been so helpful at Aspire and the massages definitely produce results🤍 It has been useful for reducing inflammation and helping wedding prep. Hopefully I can make it into more of a routine soon!
I had a great experience with Tiffany! She was very kind, professional, and easy to talk to. She answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole appointment. I’m really happy with my results and appreciated how much time she took to explain everything. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and wants them to have a great experience. Absolutely amazing — hands down the best lymphatic drainage massage I’ve had in the Portland area. I felt noticeably less bloated immediately after, and my stomach looked so much flatter/snatched.
