Both times I went I called before to make sure it’s a good time so i wouldn’t have to wait and the person on the phone said yes yes come now it’s not busy and the first time I waited a half hour and the lady was being so rude to me when I mentioned after 20 minutes of waiting that I called and she said it’s a good time when clearly it’s not and the second time I also waited a half hour before I just left I don’t understand why they would tell me it’s a good time to come and then make me wait a half hour

Used to come here regularly and Bhavini used to do my eyebrows pretty great. Since I moved to a different place I haven’t been back in a while so when I went last night to get my eyebrows done they had a new lady (not sure how long she’s been working there). She’s a bit older and her eyebrows look bad so it should’ve been a red flag but I still gave her a chance. She completely messed it up! good service by employer who's name is love she's behavior is so friendly. everyone needs to visit there
They have nice staff as well there is a good prices and the younger lady who works on Friday she is professional. my experience so great with them.
