Dr. Fullmer and the staff at Aspire Surgical in Heber were amazing from scheduling to leaving the center. Dr. Fullmer was very kind and informative . He was kind and caring toward me and my daughter. His team were extremely kind and helpful. The doctor was very knowledgeable & the office is extremely clean and sterile. I will recommend them to friends & family.
