If you are looking for a salesman when you just need a tooth pulled then this is the place. I am a menopausal woman and don't feel good a lot of the times and even though I told the staff I was not feeling well Dr. Mark Ryser talked my ear off for about 30 minutes trying to upsell me on getting 4 implants done. All I needed was to have 1 tooth extracted and I was forced to go see him prior to having it done as a " free consult". Unbelievable incompetent people here. We have been jerked around for months now they say we take the insurance then they don’t, then they do, it’s truly unbelievable that they would jerk us around like this… if they don’t even know if they cover us then how incompetent are their surgeons going to be..
They were very helpful at the front desk! We had a couple questions about insurance and they were super helpful and refunded us when we clarified some price issues. Doctor Stosich was also super nice and made me feel very comfortable! Good experience :)
