Since I have PTSD with dental visits due to many past experiences, I was rather anxious with my first dental visit here. Well I have to say I am very impressed with : 1. Nina during the cleaning procedure using new technology for maximum patient comfort, 2. the general processes within the clinic that is very efficient, and 3. how welcoming the staff are including front reception! Thank you to a great Team!
Such an incredible clinic with the most caring and knowledgeable staff! Every interaction with the reception staff is seamless and efficient and all of their dental staff are amazing! Dr Cross is great as is Caroline and Mackenzie! All super friendly and great staff - especially for those who have sensitive teeth!
Had to get my wisdom teeth removed, the front staff as well as Dr. Kolbe and his assistants were fantastic and made everything as easy as possible. I will be going to this location from now on, exemplary service and excellent staff.
