Mayville office opens at 7:30a, so be on time, but don't be there at 7:15am expecting to get in. The 7:15a time is just given to make sure you aren't late. Nice people overall .
My son ended up at the ER here, which we hadnt been to before. From start to finish, everyone was great. Everyone we encountered from the front desk, the RN and the doctor were amazing. Everyone was very friendly and caring and we were able to get in and out fairly quickly. Nobody "loves" having to go to the hospital, but they made the process easy as can be. We were very happy with our experience here
Although we have had Great Customer Service in the Aspire Marlette Hospital Location, we have had less than Great service in the new Sandusky clinic. They advertise for Labs/X-ray, but both times we've been there for Labs with a standing order, the front desk seems confused and has to go talk to someone in the back as to whether they can serve us or not.
Worst medical clinic of any kind I've ever been to in my entire life. I went to the Aspire Quick Care clinic at 2771 Angle St. Marlette, MI. on 8/04/2025. I normally get all of my medical needs and prescriptions done through the Veteran's Administration, but my next appointment at the Bad Axe V.A. clinic is not until September. So I decided to use the Aspire Quick Care clinic to get a prescription filled. I went in there to see about getting a prescription for prednisone (cortisone) filled for my carpal tunnel syndrome.
