This facility is not a “safe space”. I reached out to my psychiatrist Indira mentioning I was having suicidal thoughts and very sick due to an antidepressant she was taking me off of. I stated word for word “I do not have a plan and I am safe” I waited hours for a reply, gave up and went to sleep. Around 7pm I woke up to the cops banging on my door. I have never felt so violated. Such a good calming office, the staff are very sweet and understanding and work well with anything you’re struggling with and adjust your medication accordingly. I love the atmosphere here :)
It was Mental health awareness month, I finally agree with my wife to talk to someone... We're now two weeks into June and Brandy keeps tossing me to the curb. First appointment I joined from their app I was told to download (client portal), joined virtual app at 10:50, at 11:20 "Brandy has ended this call". Then puts me down as a no show... So my provider didn’t show for 1 appt at all because of her own internet problems. Then at another appt she was ill and it was cancelled last minute. I missed and appt and cancelled last minute due to Covid and was dismissed. The google reviews prior to this one are likely valid.
