Erin & Mark are great! They both take great initiative in caring for their patients, even treating outside of clinic hours to help with emergency cases when our daughter injured herself at training. Definitely recommend, very knowledgeable and precise when it comes to diagnosis and treatment planning! Great to see physios that have a plan to fix the root cause of problems to avoid you coming back forever.
ASPIRE helped with my ACL rehabilitation following a total rupture and surgery. They provided an intricate 9 month return to sport program that took me from day one post surgery to returning to soccer seamlessly. They provided the latest form of treatment methods to reduce my swelling, increase my strength & range of motion whilst providing me a tailored exercise program to return to soccer. Highly recommend!
Mark provides excellent physio care. I had a reoccurring calf/foot problem that had impacted my running for years but his treatment sorted it out and allowed me to run an injury free marathon. He also he set me up with a maintenance program that has prevented the problem from coming back. Highly recommend him!
Impeccable service. Mark treated my leg sprain and muscle pain promptly after I arrived and he gave me valuable advice to preventative care, highly recommend.
Had a great experience with mark following a shoulder injury. He was able to figure out the underlying issue and I haven’t had any problems since. Definitely recommend as a Physio who treats the cause rather than the symptom
