Showed up on time, very thorough and answered all my questions. They sent a detailed invoice with recommendations and a summary of our conversation that included things I could do on my own to discourage pests from the house.
We had an unfortunate discovery in our crawlspace: rats. Thankfully, Lavonne and Aspire were more than up to the job of cleaning it all out, sealing and repairing access points, then reinstalling the vapor barrier and insulation--they just buttoned it all up yesterday. It took about a month from the time they first stepped in to do the initial clean-out, the waiting period to make sure all the repairs held, then the reinstall. What a feeling of relief!
