God forbid you have a family emergency where your aunt is brain dead in the ICU, because they won't let you reschedule. I've had family in the hospital since January, it's now almost March, and I've not been able to go to an appointment because I'm a single mom with no baby sitting because my mom is with my handicapped aunt, but they do not care, and they will not let you reschedule. See someone more compassionate.
