People who come here are broken and need comfort… but instead it looks like the staff are at war with patients and get annoyed at different individuals needs and requests. It’s not supposed to be staff vs. the patient. It’s supposed to be staff helping patients get better and patients appreciating this place. Some of the receptionists here are completely unprofessional and have a bad attitude. This has been a consistent problem with one in particular. She is very rude over and over again. I've tried to ignore this horribly unprofessional attitude but this issue has remained consistently the same. Edit! I didn't take my own advice and was referred here by my primary. It took one appointment for me to realize how messed up they are. It's been a couple of months since I saw them but they messed up my second appt. They were worse worth my family member but just find some where who wants to treat all your issues and not pick and choose. This place was really disappointing for me. Staff is rude. I was referred from an impatient facility and aspire didn't even know I was coming when I had an appointment. The front desk person was rude and unprofessional. Took over an hour for me to get "pre evaluated" and then I had to wait again after that. They don't care about your time, they will help you when they feel like it. I had an appointment at 8:30 and they said we might be able to get you out of here by 12. Safe to say I left and will not be coming back.
