So my wife and I currently live here as I'm typing this, and we have a huge Rat problem that has never been fix, we bring the problem to their attention and they stopped accepting our rent, I have videos and pictures PROOF. WE WERE BLACK BALLED and treated unfairly do not move to this place. NOT WORTH THE MONEY, IN A VER DANGEROUS part of phoenix
terrible!!! the worst place to live!!! - management changes every month -roach problem -they say its "newly renovated" thats a lie!!! - AC problems _paper thin walls -you can never get ahold of anyone.
