Had to wait 1.5hrs to see a doctor there. A text saying that the doctors are running that far behind would be nice for the patients.
Terrible customer service - missed appointment due to unavoidable issues - called back and spoke with Melanie who not very nicely informed me I was going to be charged $250 even though I wanted to reschedule. I’m sure you won’t miss it but I was going to book my family in after today’s appointment. That will not be happening. Customer service is what builds your business. Been going to the same doctor for over 20 years. The issue is not the doctor it's the new front staff! Janet is the worst medical assistant I've ever dealt with took time off work for an appointment to get there for her to tell me that she made an error in the booking then turn around and blame google scheduling. The service of this clinic has significantly declined since the front desk people have changed ! So now another 2 month wait for an appointment booked in December. I really was excited to begin my healing journey at Aspire Clinic with Dr.Morin as I had done what I thought was my due diligence in selecting an ND that would have integrity, skill and knowledge to treat me but that just wasn't the case. In my experience I was treated like I was a child (constant patronizing) and that my concerns were not of importance. I spent alot money over almost a year with zero results.
