I was under the care of Shawn Warren, DNP for a year and a half. He was a fine provider as long as I was stable on my medication. Dr. Warren is out of his depth as a psychiatrist. My final interaction with Levo Mind was when I scheduled a Telehealth appointment to get my medication adjusted. We were unable to complete the appointment due to poor connection issues. I spent the last 9 months incredibly sick from progressive serotonin toxicity. I have seen three different providers at Levo and each time I felt like I mattered. I do not feel like another number here. I have been on medication for about 3-4 years and through 3 different clinics. My voice is heard and I feel very comfortable.

I love Shawn! He makes medication management so much easier to understand than my family dr. This place is the best!
