Hands down the best clinic in Calgary. Dr. Tran is just fantastic!
I visited this clinic a few months ago due to on going allergic reactions that I'd been having for a few weeks. I explained my symptons to the doctor and showed pictures I'd been taking to document the reactions. I also mentioned how these reactions had been affecting my day-to-day life. I was denied a refferal for allergy testing and told to continue taking over the counter medication. Overall, I felt the response and treatment I received was incomprehensive and a bit dismissive. Professional, on the ball and super friendly front office team. Our entire family sees Dr Tran….we all agree we are under great care with Dr T. We are lucky to have this medical team.
Reception needs some serious customer service training and attitude checks!
