It’s been almost a year now. I had an initial visit with a “health coach“ (is that a licensed profession?), who interviewed me and ordered about $1500 in blood tests, paid up front (won’t take insurance). Apparently, no one is allowed to see the physician in person without a qualifying interview with a health coach. I cannot say enough positive things about Dr Brumley. I have seen her as my Dr since 2014. I found her when I was searching for help with my autoimmune disease, and have not looked back. I owe her my life! I not only go to her for myself, but my kids see her, too. She is so incredibly intelligent! She is supportive, listens to all of your concerns and teaches as she treats. YES!! I really wanted to love my experience here, especially after hearing such good things about it. My experience has been a negative one for many reasons. First, they are booked out extremely far. I originally called in August 2025 desperately seeking help as I was recently postpartum and struggling mentally and physically. Misdiagnosed me on everything , couldn’t ever get in to see the actual doctor, and they up charge you on medications. Never listened to my heart, took my heart rate, blood pressure, etc. That could have given them some real information with conditions I actually have and am being treated for now elsewhere. I stopped going there and get my Tirzepatide RX from my pcp now and it’s from the same pharmacy that this place ordered it from. I've been fatigued for 15 years, saw multiple doctors and had multiple thyroid tests. Dr. Brumley was the only one who ever looked hard enough at the thyroid to figure out what exactly was going on. It's definitely a trust the process scenario, but the full blood work with the GI map is the only way to go. I found all the answers (and solutions) I was looking for and I'm just so relieved to finally feel "normal". Thank you so much
