Communication is a big problem at the memorial city location. Some Staffs talk to you like you are a kid because you caught their mistake and told them about it. Ridiculous billings even for services you didn't know about. Was told by one staff I over pay for a service and will be refunded, which I never got.
Bad management, unresponsive staff, and zero support. Extremely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of care and communication.
