Honestly, my husband and I started here in the memorial area. The front desk lady was not informative whatsoever!! Many times our appointments were not made over the phone. But the front desk lady failed to inform us that we had to communicate through their portal. Which, the portal is super easy and nurses there communicate fast. I don't mind it at all. You can see your appointment, and the meds you have to take each and everyday. So I realized they had other offices. I do recommend the Kingwood office and even the woodland... read more
