I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Saunders and her team. From day one, she made me feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. I never felt like just a number. Dr. Yeh and the entire team were incredible. They are the reason I was able to have children and my specific protocol was not IVF. I know it can feel like most fertility centers only really offer IVF, Aspire HFI looks at you holistically to determine what your best path forward is. I am forever grateful 🤍
Most of the staff are nice but the phlebotomists have dropped the ball not once but twice! The first consult my wife opted out of genetics screening which was on file and the technician went ahead and did it anyway and charged it! They said “well sorry !” MEDICAL ERROR! The second time I went for my appointment 5 minutes early and this other phlebotomist now says it’s too late and they didn’t take me on my 4pm appointment? I was early, and now you make me spend one hour in traffic just because you want to go home early? Wow ... read more
