We waited 35 minutes, to only see Dr for 10...Told what IVF was (we know) sent on our way, told his nurse Amber would be calling, 3 days later and still no call! Didn't like the Sugarland facility, staff or doctor, made one phone call to another facility complete opposite of the horrible experience at HFI!!! I wish I would've read all the bad reviews on here and Yelp! Do not waste your time or emotions on this place.
