Emily and Tara were great, they provided the best customer service! Great locally owned business.
They seemed nice at 1st, but don't do what they should. Insurance denied to cover the cpap because they didn't file the correct forms. Their response was that it was denied due to medical necessity. This was because they never submitted an LMN or told us that it was needed until after the denials were used up. We are now going through the process with insurance ourselves with the LMN submitted that they needed the whole time. Then wants to charge $1700 out of pocket for a $800 machine.
