Do not recommend. Was told they received my Dad's PT referral upon discharge from the hospital but it was 'missed' over Memorial Day weekend. My Dad went 5 weeks without PT/OT and the home health nurse who knew this still couldn't get them to come out. My dad fell twice before PT/OT ever came out to evaluate him. They worked with him for weeks and he ended up back in the hospital and we found out he had a L4-L5 fracture. I am not saying the PT could have caught this however, he never even had an x-ray done. My dad was in the hospital and lost quite a bit of his functionality. We set up home OT and PT through Aspire. They were very responsive and professional. Their employees are terrific and always on time. I highly recommend them.

I work for an organizations that partners with a few home health agencies and Aspire Home Health remains a "patient centered" organization despite the ongoing changes in health care. I have watched multiple Home Health Organizations in this area lose site of the patient. Thank you to Aspire and others who go out of their way to make sure that patients are taken care of!
