I’ve been here on multiple occasions with both of my kids and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The staff and doctors are so kind and absolutely amazing! I highly recommend.
Had to go when Ernest was there One time. I could not get my breath & my upper back was hurting every time I tried to take a breathe (very scary)Total misdiagnosis. No EKG was done (pain in the upper between shoulder blades. Sign of heart) next day I go back & my dr does XRay & EKG (still in pain & can't catch my low breathe). The provider was rude and condescending. Tried to prescribed steroids multiple times even though my chart says I'm allergic and I told the previous lady I was allergic. Told her i felt like I had bronchitis which I've had multiple times throughout my life and was sick with for a whole year from working with kids and got condescending when I asked for antibiotics. I started using Aspire for Urgent Care on the advice of my sister who is a primary care patient of theirs. She couldn’t say enough about how great they were. I ended up bringing my oldest there for a physical and have gone back 3 more times for Urgent Care needs. Every single person we interacted with over the last year has been amazing.
