Horrible, cruel place. Before a loved one is admitted or the process is even begun, RUN with your loved one out of this place. If someone is admitted, they are more likely to develop some form of mental illness just by being there. Cruel place. No stars from me, minus 3.
If I could give Aspire Health Partners zero stars, I would. My loved one was released without a proper mental health evaluation despite the court petition clearly outlining his delusional behavior, instability, and the fact that he hears voices. Instead of addressing the very real mental health concerns, Aspire reduced the matter to “substance use” and completely ignored the actual foundation of the petition. I went in for involuntary detox. Since my experience at Orlando health was so bad, I think this place did a pretty alright job. Their staff is really nice and caring. They seem to try to do what is best for their patients.
