I was treated so well by the caring staff at the Brevard County Office but they closed down and transferred me to the Orlando office which was extremely uncaring and unhelpful . Only interested in getting my credit card information and exploiting me into spending more money on unnecessary things. I felt exploited and mistreated. Would not recommend!
If it was not for this place I would have never been able to fight addiction lift myself and become a better me for the sake of my children so I just want to thank Mrs Deb as well as Ms Connie they were the most positive people that showed me who I really am and how to better myself I could see you on a positive path without relapsing I just want to say thank you so much and I love you all to pieces and I will desperately miss you dearly God bless and I pray for the best for y'all love always Heather! HORRIBLE PLACE to leave your loved one. People fall out of bed and are left on the floor for hours

I have to say, I have been here for almost a year. Staff treat me as if family and the people living here are lovely. The food that the staff make are good. If you have a complaint they address immediately. Our Thanks and Christmas dinners were wonderful. The Chef tried his best to bring good fresh food. Thank all of you for taking care of us.
