If you people want to keep employees get rid of these bad actors, you call managers before they cause the agency to be hit with a discrimination lawsuit. Your manager Becky openly made a homophobic comment in front of me and another employee. No one will tolerate this in the workplace.
Excellent experience with the call center staff setting me up for my services. Kind, friendly, and Tamisha was amazing with getting everything set up. Would recommend just for the human interaction!
Just another job, administrative staff have no appreciation of how hard the staff works. Staff work their butts off, and get no appreciation.
shift change is terrible! the staff changed pill call to 8pm and bedtime to 10pm when the times are originally 7pm and 9pm. that didn’t have any extra pair of flip flops so i could take a shower so my feet weren’t covered the shower floors were gross. the sensor light in the bathroom doesn’t work properly. i think it’s best y’all would have the women and men separated not held in the same day room. the women staff were mean and rude for no reason the men staff were flirty with the female patients.
