2 stars because the staff have been very kind, but my overall experience has been disappointing. I really believe in the concept of direct primary care, which is why I signed up with Aspire Health in the first place. Unfortunately, the experience itself has felt disorganized from the beginning. There has been ongoing confusion, inconsistent communication, and a general lack of coordination that has made care feel more stressful than supportive.
