I started seeing Dr. Falden as a patient about a month ago, the services I have received have been above and beyond. I felt heard and cared for. I was having terrible hormonal symptoms, the doctor and staff have been very patient and on top of my care, within days of starting treatment I felt 100% better!!! I signed up online after circumstances necessitated a switch from my long time concierge physician. The online sign-up was tedious but thorough. I then received a text message and had difficulty scheduling even an onboarding call. The following day I received a call from an offshore call-center.
