To be honest, we haven't even started services yet and it's already been a terrible experience. Three angry/urgent calls with one (two? can’t tell?) rude intake coordinator(s) who have dismissed any requests for e-mail/clarification and turned nasty and hung up when their 2.5 minute time limit was reached. They are DEMANDING that I schedule an appointment for A CHILD, but cannot name the clinician. They have outright REFUSED a parent meeting prior to the appointment; not even a phone call. If I could give them zero stars I would. The past year it’s been hell dealing with these people. Multiple doctors have left and never kept me up to date. 1 doctor kept cancelling on me for over a year and had to fight with them to see a new one. That new doctor never pushed my prescription through. So now back on the phone fighting with them. The people running the place shouldn’t even be running a dental office never mind a mental health facility. I think they believe I am going there just for fun.
They want you to drive around long commutes 50+ minutes from your house and buy these kids pizzas and McDonalds with no funds for it.. meaning the employees have to take it out of their own paycheck! If the parents want you to take the kids to Burger king and do no therapeutic work at all, to this company, thats totally fine! They don't care if their employees are being taken advantage of! They micromanage all their employees no matter what you do the managers are going to micromanage you and blow up your phone with constant... read more
Therapists here are pretty good. Tend to think they favor prescribing meds over talk therapy but if you’re looking for help with anxiety etc not a bad choice.
