Zero stars is more reasonable. Adjuster Veronica Ponce is a joke. And they never communicate and give you straight up answers. Ponce needs to be fired. It’s unbelievable how she even has a job. And nevermind trying to get ahold of her supervisor cuz he doesn’t call back either! Stay away from this insurance
