Take for ever to get a response from them
PERFECT EXAMPLE OF BAD FAITH! WORSE SERVICE AND NEGLIGENCE! Better off driving without insurance honestly! Waited over 4 months, 3 different agents and only 1 physical inspection of the car. All for their "SPECIALIST" to make a conclusion and deny the claim based off pictures!!?? I will be waiting for the settlement lawsuit coming. I hope everyone else who was put through their bs and negligence gets in on it and gets their part.
WORSE COMPANY EVER! This insurance is the WORST!! If I could give a - negative 10 stars, I would!! They have already accepted 100% responsibility on one of their insured who hit our vehicle while stopped. And here we are two months later and they won’t call back. They won’t email, haven’t got the car fixed totally unprofessional company! I would stay very, very clear of this company! DO NOT trust these thieving liars, they will happily take your hard earned money the same day for months (almost a year for me and over $1000) and then send a certified letter lying to your lawyers about your car not being covered. I guess after going to file a complaint with the state dept of insurance, im gonna look into adding them into my lawsuit or file another for bad faith practices. They're gross. Please go somewhere.. anywhere else.
