We offer a verity of memberships from as little as £45 a month, as well as £10 pay as you go sessions for non-members. It's also the perfect space for dance and theatre rehearsals, and parties.

Great fun! 90s club classics, glow sticks, energetic cardio whilst in the dark…what’s not to love. Really inclusive class - any fitness levels welcomed. Free taster session so no excuses not to try it.
I have been attending classes at Aspire Studio for several years. I started with Clubbercise and then progressed gradually. Louise is a Fab Instructor and I’ve met so many new friends by attending at the Studio and most recently online. Aspire is more like a family and I’ve never not felt welcome despite being a quiet , not so confident person. We chose Aspire Fitness Studio for my daughters 8th birthday party- the online booking process is very easy and fully informative. We chose the clubbercise neon party. Louise kept in touch in the run up to the party which was lovely. The party itself was fantastic from start to finish. The children loved the dance routines and games. We were able to bring our our own party food and use the smaller room for a break in the middle of the party.
